  We have implemented a fix that has resolved the primary timeout issues, and Glass valuations remain active in all environments. However, we are currently observing that a small percentage of requests are still experiencing intermittent slowness (2-3+ seconds). Investigation is ongoing.

  Glass valuations have been re-enabled in all environments, though a small percentage of requests remain degraded. Specifically, certain requests may experience a timeout of up to 10 seconds when failing to return valuation data. A complete fix is in-progress and we'll update when we have more information.

  The production release of Glass valuations is currently delayed due to an unexpected integration issue. We are actively investigating and will provide an update when we have more information.

  Work is under way to re-integrate Glass valuations into the Velocity platform. UAT is expected to be available Weds 29th AM and Production is expected Weds 29th PM. We'll update this when there's further info.

• Investigating

  There is an ongoing outage for Glass's valuations since approximately 4AM on Sunday 12th April. This has been raised with the supplier and is being investigated.
